Look, we get it—not every product is a match made in skincare heaven.

If you’re not loving your Surfing Cow product, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No hard feelings.

Just email alec@surfingcowskincare.com and we’ll send you a return label.

Once we receive it, we’ll refund your original payment method.

Lifetime “Not Stoked?” Guarantee

After the 30-day window, we still want you happy.

If you try Surfing Cow and decide it’s not for you, reach out and we’ll issue store credit so you can try something else.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us right away and we’ll make it right.

A Few Exceptions

We can’t accept returns for:

• Products returned after 30 days (these qualify for store credit instead)
• Empty or heavily used containers
• Freebies or promotional items
